The hotel rooms were first-class with a lovely big red leather sofa to relax while watching TV. The food in the restaurant was delightful, and I would definitely recommend this place for another stay. However, the rooms were quite cold, and it seemed there was no thermostat to adjust the temperature. Overall, a warm and pleasant stay. From Willie & Fiona.

The hotel is in a nice central location in Belfast, very convenient for exploring the city. The rooms had a stylish modern design but lacked coziness, and the lack of air conditioning made it uncomfortable during warm nights. The hotel was quite warm even without the radiator on, and being on the main road side, it was too noisy to open a window. The rooms were tidy after the first night, but the loud music and singing from the surroundings could be bothersome. The service was friendly and offered table service within the bar, though it could be slow at times. The location, just outside the city center, was ideal for walking to places of interest. The dining experience was inconsistent, with limited options and some dishes going cold quickly.
